Our entire experience has been a delight. From ordering fabric samples via the website and perusing styles to visiting the showroom where we were expertly attended to and advised. We enjoyed the mattress trialing and arrived at a happy decision. The difficult part was the wait! We were lucky enough to get a very convenient delivery slot and when the van arrived we were given a professional demonstration of how to install the bed (in case of needing to do it all in reverse!) Maciej & Tomasz are a delight. They proved how well engineered the bed is by assembling it quickly and easily.
