Absolutely delighted with our new bed. Fabulous quality, the construction is really solid. We needed the bed to fit under loft eaves. B&S were really helpful and made adjustments to lower the base and headboard - it fits perfectly. Their 100 night mattress swap offer is a great idea, and demonstrates their commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.
