I visited the showroom and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. Order arrived early, I had ordered the firm mattress as I sometimes get problems with my back but it was far too firm for me (good quality though) I explained my mistake to them and they very kindly replaced it FOC. Outstanding customer service have recommended to friends.
