Well - can this Company ever show others how to do it!? Yes!! From the point of ordering I was kept well informed about progress. They found a very small quality issue with my divan, which they replaced speedily. The folks who arrived with my divan were courteous, interested and efficient. I even received a complementary gift from them as recompense for the quality issue - as if I needed it!!! If they can keep hold of good staff, training all newcomers this well, they will be a serious competitor to John Lewis for customer service.
