Firstly the service is superb, knowledgeable, friendly people. We initially chose a firm mattress that my girlfriend couldn't get on with (I thought it was great) but the 100 day guarantee was exactly as stated! We spoke to the guys and without any quibble at all, 10 days later our new regular mattress turned up at no cost. We love our bed and mattress. Thank you so much!
