Great friendly service. We had decorators, so they couldn't access our second floor guest bedroom to put in its place. The delivery team seemed genuinely disappointed! Contrast that with most two-man delivery teams who would probably have sighed when hearing that we wanted it on the second floor. Only a week earlier we'd had a team from another retailer just run away because the postcode had been mangled somehow in checkout, and were then impossible to contact. Whereas Button and Sprung went out of their way to try to deliver the mattress to its bed. The founder even followed up to check that everything was OK: how's that for service?
