Only issue so far has been with the delivery experience - all other aspects have been fine.
I planned my day around the 2 hour window that was given a few days prior to the delivery date. The delivery ended up coming 45 minutes early with no prior warning, while I was in the middle of a work meeting. There happened to be a handyman on site that day to let the delivery guys in - I’m not sure what they would’ve done otherwise. Assembly was very quick. They were already gone by the time I saw the bed, 10 minutes before the original start time.
Normally I’d be happy with things running ahead of schedule, but in this case it seemed like communication and expectation setting could be further improved. I haven’t had a chance to use the bed yet but trust that it’s fine.
