From the morning spent with the team at the showroom to the day my daughters bed was delivered was a really nice experience. We had asked for a lot of swatches and no issue with them being sent through to us. The guys who delivered and built the bed were highly professional and left with all the rubbish.
Looking forward to later in the year when we go through the process again for our bed. It is true, my 5 year old now has the most comfiest bed in the house and my wife and I always fight to see who gets to do the bedtime story laying in her bed...
