I came into the showroom about 3-4 times! The first time I can in no one rushed at me, I was greeted and asked if I wanted a drink. Every time after that, they recognised me and I felt comfortable enough just to go to 'my mattress'! So when I finally brought my boyfriend, he just had to confirm if he wanted the same tension or if we had to have a mattress with 2 tensions! We went for 1. It was delivered in 5 weeks- I couldn't be there so I hid the keys for the team and I came back to a new mattress and a little care sheet. I lay down and it felt different. They suggested a month for it to settle and even to jump on it to make it quicker but it was too soft. A technician confirmed that and in no time at all I had a mattress just like the one in the showroom- that I'd loved. We are moving at the end of the month to a furnished rental and my boyfriend said last night -'they'll have to remove their mattress because I'm not moving anywhere without this one'- and then I remembered I hadn't reviewed or thanked the team for a comforting, happy experience.
