Ordered a super king frame and mattress and delighted with the service and product. All queires were answered by an actual person with little fuss, order was delivered on time and as described. The delviery drivers were polite and respectful to our home and installed thhe prodct with no fuss. We were sent several fabric styles to ensure that it went with the room and nothing was too much trouble. The bed itself is brilliant, so comoftable and the build quality seems excellent. We went for the ottoman and the storage is substantial. Would happily recommend and will shop here again as we replace other beds.
