Button & Sprung have obviously read the 'how to do customer service' manual a few times, as they excel at it. From the attention to detail in the Fulham showroom (probably the best place we have ever shopped with two little children!) to arranging delivery of the final product I could find no fault. Along with the breadth of choice in both beds & materials, of course - buying our bed at Button & Sprung was a very positive experience!
