Everything from my initial contact with them (thank you Hannah), to the helpful and friendly delivery guys, was exceptional. Hannah sent me a range of samples, and checked back to see if i was happy with them. The delivery guys made an extra effort to arrive early as they knew i had to do the school run....it was so appreciated. It is rare to find such good customer service these days, so well done to Button & Sprung. And that was before i even sat on the bed! I'm pleased to report that the bed (we just purchased the frame through B&S) is fantastic - great quality, and looks so great! It lives up to expectations. Thank you :)
