Great customer service from point of ordering to a friendly and timely delivery. I shopped online, wasn't sure of colours and material choices but the free samples, posted without hassle, made it easy to grasp how the final product might look. The colours on screen weren't the same in real life and I was worried how marks might show on the material.
I can find no fault anywhere, product quality is excellent! Exactly what we wanted. We sleep so well in our new bed: like cats on the sofa.
