I went in on speck and was delighted by the coutesy and helpfulness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, whehter material samples, providing measurements so that we knew it would fit in the lift. When I returned with my husband we quickly placed an order and having received the bed, feel we made the right choice. And finally, B&S had to change the delivery date (well, stuff happens), again they were helpful, very good at returning phone calls, to find a mutually convenient date.
