Customer service has been great and very responsive throughout. Clara was very helpful always.
Delivery men came when promised and were very helpful and efficient.
Only reason is this is not outstanding is because the bed came with 4 big drawers instead of 2 big and 2 small. This is being replaced so hopefully all will be sorted in the next few weeks.
