Start to finish - everything was great. The staff in the showroom were very helpful and made a great cup of coffee. Gave us time and when needed guidance on choosing a mattress and a bed frame. We went for the Montdale mattress and Foxtail bed frame in nickle soft wool. Communication throughout was excellent and delivery was arranged at a time that suited us. The two men who delivered and assembled the bed were fantastic - very polite and efficient cannot praise them enough. We are very happy with the bed and mattress so far, well worth the money.
