From arrival and the fantastic coffee to delivery everything was brilliant. I have always believed in having a good bed and this is the best I have ever had. Superb quality and so so comfortable. The base was reduced and was a fantastic bargain. Two days after my purchase my brother who is very hard to impress, visited the showroom and bought four beds (to replace those damaged by a flood in his house). They must be good, and they are. Delivery to mid Wales was super efficient , the delivery guys lovely and assembled the bed in no time at all Highly recommended and will never go anywhere else for a bed purchase. Really liked the gift of a single sock its partner will be sent later by post following a review being posted
