After our Dux bed died after the guaranteed 20 years, we wanted to replace it, but as the only outlet is in central London we didn't want to have to drag all the way there to choose a bed. I think the market had moved past us and they were only really interested in a higher end than us. Luckily, I found a newspaper article on the internet featuring Adam talking about mattresses. It was clear from what he said that he really knows what's he's talking about so I looked up the website and rang him for advice. We had a great chat and he was incredibly helpful and realistic in his recommendations. As we're out of town, we decided to replace a double bed in a spare room to see how that would work for us. It worked beautifully, and now we have two B&S beds, one bespoke, and are thrilled with them. The service was impeccable, the price realistic (unlike Dux) the two gentlemen who delivered the beds & divans were a delight as was everybody we dealt with at B&S.
