Button & Sprung have been a great help throughout the process, from our initial visit in-store to delivery of our new bed and mattress. They have maintained communication all the way through and whilst the bed was delayed because the first headboard made was held up by their quality control for not being up to standard, they dealt with the matter swiftly. I was also not just given a sub-standard headboard to complete the process as quickly as possible. The delivery and installation was quick and hassle free, and our old mattress was removed for free.
