Staff in the showroom were really helpful, providing us with lots of information but also letting us look around independently. I was worried that a king-size mattress wouldn't fit up our stairs, but the customer service team looked at some photos and measurements with the delivery team before we ordered- it did fit!
The delivery team were on time, friendly and efficient.
The bed is great quality and the mattress is incredibly comfortable. We love the natural British materials used as well. I'm really glad we chose Button and Sprung!
