We received a faultless service from the team at the showroom providing excellent advice and communication. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing mistake which meant the bed could not be assembled on the delivery date. This was quickly resolved by the Button & Sprung team and resulted in a member of their team working outside of normal working hours in order to accommodate our schedules. The quality of the bed is fabulous and we will certainly recommend them to friends and look to order another bed soon.
