We initially went into the shop to look around where they were very helpful and patient with us while we were trying to understand their products. We ordered two beds from Button and Sprung, which arrived in perfect condition and they are high quality and comfortable. We had an issue with one of the headboards (not a quality issue - slight wrong size to what we ordered), but this was resolved with no fuss and they dealt with it professionally. Button and Sprung staff were friendly and informative throughout the purchase process, which was a cherry on top of their amazing beds. I recommend it to anyone!
