Easy to chat too and get all the information needed. Living in a small cottage I needed to be sure the bed could get up the stairs. Quick Fabric samples etc... and great communication on delivery expectations - delivery dates etc.....and all put together very quickly. Hoping there is assistant in the future if I move to take it apart and move? Looks great and the storage of the ottoman is what I needed and expected. Highly recommend. Ann, West Sussex.
