The customer service is excellent. Though I had a good idea of the type of bed I wanted, the advice I received prior to my purchase was invaluable. Everyone I dealt with from ordering to taking delivery were professional, polite and helpful. I was notified of my delivery to the last minute. Needless today I am very pleased with my purchase and this is a wonderful company with a high quality product and customer service. I am a 100% satisfied. I will defined purchase from Button &Sprung if I need another bed.
