They were polite and extremely accommodating. We did not want to buy a headboard as we already had one and they found out the sizing so we knew it would fit. Did bespoke drawers, nothing was too much trouble. The bed and drawers are well made. The delivery guys were great too - attached the head board and moved the mattress. A professional class outfit.
