I bought a return Southdown Double Mattress. I inspected the mattress before delivery and it appeared to be in very good condition - as new. I have slept on this mattress for 2 weeks and I am so far pleased, a very comfortable night's sleep. The staff at Button & Sprung have excellent customer service skills. It was refreshing to see true professionals in action. Unfortunately, in to-days climate, exceeding customers exceptions is rarely seen. The delivery team were equally professional. Thank you.
