Firstly they helped me out as I needed to exchange my original bed because it turned out that the dimensions of the bed infringed on my lighting. They were happy to exchange for a different bed and refunded me the difference in bed pricing with no quibble. Plus, delivery was exactly as scheduled, and the guys who put the bed together for me did a lovely quick job, and left no mess behind. And the bed is great!
