From the very start they were so lovely. I ordered swatches online and posted them on Instagram, they commented and knew it was me who had posted, made you feel that they cared about sending them.
When we came to visit the showroom in Fulham they offered us coffee and biscuits, let us try out loads of beds.
There was no pressure at all just really lovely advice. We were impressed at this as it was really helpful advice on what to look for and what will make the difference to our comfort.
