Buying a new bed can be a nightmare, trawling around endless department stores talking to people who don't really know what they are selling, but these guys made it an absolute pleasure. From start to finish you are made to feel individual and special. There's a great showroom in London where you can see and really try out all the different beds (yes, there's actually a dark room upstairs where you can go and lie down for a couple of hours on your mattress of choice). That's great service, not to mention a free tea or coffee and a no-pressure sales approach. Prices are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for in life and these guys are really worth it.
