When researching online, the chat help was really handy. The lady who was helping me then was able to follow up my order when I called later on. After ordering, queries about delivery were responded to promptly and courteously by email and the delivery team were efficient, respectful and assembled the bed quickly, taking all the rubbish with them. Very pleased indeed.
