The delivery was speedy, but they scratched my wooden floors in the bedroom. They also parked in the middle of the road (it is a narrow road) and when someone needed to get past they made him wait and sorted out the bed first.
I wasn't kept informed with the delivery. I was told I would be called as I had a school run to do. I received no call, I had to chase and then they were significantly later than originally told...which wasn't a problem, but I didn't have to wait and get someone else to do the school run
