I am very pleased with my bed and mattress. On the day, the delivery team called before they were due to arrive, and took no time at all in setting up the bed and mattress, and removing all the packaging. Although there was an issue with the mattress, they sent out a technician very quickly who was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the issue. He even gave me a helpful tip on how to open and close the ottoman safely! The issue was resolved with no fuss, and I'm a very happy customer.
