The best customer service I've experienced, from the cup of tea and power nap in the showroom, to the sorting out of an issue of a faulty part with my new bed, to the upgrade of my mattress a month later. Delivery service was also brilliant. I've been sleeping soo well on my Foxtail Ottoman and Perrendale mattress ever since. Thank you.
