We love our new mattress. The first we got was a soft one and while our backs did not hurt, we felt like we were drowning in them. They are VERY soft. So we went for the firm version in the end. Exchange was quick and easy and while the firm version was hard as a rock at first, it softened within two weeks and we now sleep as well as never before. The reason we picked Button & Sprung was the lack of chemicals. The mattress smells lovely from day one. I would recommend to try out the various mattresses in the show room, as there are significant difference between the various models and the more expensive ones are indeed more comfortable.
