I think you can measure a company by how it deals with problems. The bed I ordered arrived but was the wrong colour, however, the team at Button and Sprung were fantastic dealing with this. I was able to keep the bed until the new one arrived and the right colour was reordered quickly. Mistakes happen but the way they dealt with this was very professional. The bed is perfect and the quality is amazing. I’m absolutely thrilled. I would not hesitate to recommend their beds and mattresses
