From the moment we stepped into the showroom, we had a pleasant welcome from Hannah. A very nice laid-back vibe. It was a real help to try out the mattress to check out the quality and firmness there and then. I opted for the Firm Borderdale which is a very firm mattress. Hannah did suggest going with the medium firm as she explained most people find the firm too firm, however, I am very happy with the mattress so far. It's also nice to know I'm sleeping on something that is 100% natural. I would recommend this company for it's service and quality of mattress.
