From the very first enquiry my order was handled personally and professionally. I was not able to visit the showroom but had much contact with the staff and was able to order as many samples I needed before I made a decision. Once the order was placed the bed arrived within the stated time, was erected where required and looks fabulous! It was used for the first time over Christmas and very much admired and complimented.
I feel the bed was good value for money; all in all a very good customer experience. Thank you
