Ordered a regular mattress which I found too soft, a month later they agreed to replace it with a firmer one without hesitating. Also had a problem with my payment (my card paid twice by mistake) - they called me straight away to tell me, refunded one payment, emailed me a confirmation. Very high quality product, and absolutely excellent customer service. It's rare to find a company with intelligent humans at the end of the phone and answering emails - a pleasure to deal with them.
