Entire team are fantastic, inc delivery team.
Now the bed. We needed extra storage, however every Ottoman we looked at, looked like it would last a year max. Then we found this, not only did it look and feel like it would last years, they back it up with a 10 year gaurentee.
The other good thing about this bed is its compactness. It's basically the size of the mattress.
We are very happy.
