We were pleasantly surprised with Button & Sprung's personalised service from the moment we stepped in their store. We were greeted with a warm friendly welcome and was taken step by step through each mattress to see which types of mattresses would suit us after advising what we were initialling after. They were more than accommodating when they allowed us the remaining 2 hours that the store was open to test out a selection in their sleep room alongside a complementary cup of tea! Since receiving our mattress just before Christmas, we have been more than happy; noticing significant reduction in back, hip and shoulder pain. It has taken us a little while to adjust as this mattress is a lot more firm that what we are used to but I have no doubt that this will be the one for us. Thanks for a great service Button & Sprung.
