Brilliant service from the moment I first contacted them via email, then visited the showroom and got loads of information about what to test for on each mattress and a lovely cup of coffee. Recommend the visit and try all the different mattresses. We settled for the regular Swaledale and it is so comfortable right from the start. Delivery was prompt and put the mattress in the right room. It is really heavy so would have been impossible for us to move it. We have gone from foam to this traditionally made mattress and really pleased with the result.
