Couldn't have been a better shopping experience! We were given a blind testing of some different mattresses to give us a sense of the spring-count that would suit us, together with a good overview of the materials over a cup of tea. :-) Then left to spend as much time as we wanted trying all the different options in the 'bedroom.' Very friendly service throughout, and very happy with the end result. Highly recommended.
