The showroom was good with opportunity to really try out the mattresses without sales team hovering nearby. It was good to see the different materials going into the mattresses. The showroom could do with being a bit warmer though. Our mattress was due to be delivered the week after the COVID-19 lockdown so we had a long and frustrating wait for a new delivery date. Communication could have been better. Annoyingly, the agreed free collection of our old mattress was withdrawn for COVID reasons which has left us with an issue over disposal. I feel that the company could have come up with a solution to uphold their end of the deal.
