The customer service and delivery team were great. Customer service kept me well informed and the delivery team were polite and quick at putting the bed together. They even added our mattress on top when they finished putting the bed together. They won’t have known but my husband had a back operation about a week before and I had struggled to get the mattress off the old bed on my own. So it was a huge bonus that they did this for us and without us asking.
