Our old bed collapsed during lockdown (!) and I was looking for a traditional, well-made bed and natural mattress that would last. And I found one - I am delighted with the solidity of my new foxtail bed and comfort of the Galway mattress. As I could not visit the showroom, I ordered over the phone from Matthew who answered all my questions with great product knowledge, as it was a risk for me buying such an investment remotely. Subsequent communication from Martin was swift, courteous and efficient and everything that was promised was on time. Delivery (free) was exactly on time and date and Damian and Al were amazingly swift and efficient in getting the bed in and assembled. Great service all round, thank you!
