They were great from the offset, very welcoming in the showroom. We were invited to try out the beds and given lots of information about the mattress and which mattress to go for.
The mattress is sooo comfortable and I look forward to going to bed knowing how comfortable it is. Makes a huge difference to your life getting a good nights sleep on what feels like quality and a bit of luxury. I love that it's totally natural too. No chemical smells. Highly recommend. I have recommended to a couple of people too.
