The website is incredibly clear and easy to use. One of the sales assistants had a fabric sample expedited to me because I was under time pressure to get a bed ordered. They always pick up the phone and are incredibly helpful. It arrived when they said it would, their delivery team were brilliant, and I love the finished product. It’s brilliant quality.
