I made an order with your company, however i did not receive the parcel. I contacted your company via email, and had no response - as i was unaware your office was closed at weekends. After finally getting in contact with a member of your staff they did the upmost to find out where my parcel was. Unfortunately we were unable to locate the parcel therefore they sent out another hair piece. I received it in the post yesterday and i love it. i will most defiantly be ordering from you in the future.
