I thought the website easy to use and the response very quick. My only criticism is that the names of the colours that you use are very hard to make a choice on, I think something more understandable would be more helpful. I have had to return my purchase to you as the colour was much darker than I expected, hopefully you will be able to exchange this for a lighter colour. Thank you so much for exchanging my purchase, I am so glad that there are still companys out there with exceptional customer service. I shall be using this company again Totally!
