I received the wrong hair on Saturday . I rang Monday spoke to Chantelle and she re posted me my order . It was a different length as my chosen item was out of stock . This was ok as it happens I always buy longer than need . Today is Tuesday and my order arrived. I will post back the wrong one now . This is my 3 rd order
